Delivery
The price of each product is final – it includes the product, processing the request, packaging and delivery to the courier’s office or the customer’s door.

Complaint
According to the Electronic Commerce Act and the Consumer Protection Act, if you decide to return a product or report a non-conformity, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt. The return is made with prior notice and entry of the claim request by you by filling out the claim form. After entering the complaint, you will receive instructions according to the specific case.
Shipping must be at your expense, except in the case of a confused or defective product. You need to attach your details for refund of the paid amount – Name, Surname and bank account (IBAN number).
We do not accept cash on delivery shipments due to the fact that we must first accept and inspect the shipment for its integrity. Product must be unused!
The amount that is refunded is the amount you paid.

Vouchers
ExoticVape.is as part of its marketing strategy provides Vouchers and promo Vouchers to its members.
In the presence of a Voucher code – the amount with which the user’s personal wallet is loaded can be used in full. There are limits on the amount loaded via a Promo Voucher Code – you need to check the maximum amount which ispermitted for use per individual product.
